Day 76 of writing every day.
It’s the weekend but I’m not sleeping in late or anything. As my remaining days in my current job draw closer and closer to an end, I’m cramming in time for programming lessons to get a head start in preparations for the next job I want to get.
Simply knowing how to code in a text editor is nothing more difficult than learning to write something that communicates clearly. I learned some basics of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript on my own but never got past a hurdle that took me beyond simply following the instructions to build a website step by step. t’s the other things involved such as planning a landing page and the overall concept of a website that turns typing on the keyboard into a good paying job.
And to get as much done as soon as I can, I have one lesson today and four lessons tomorrow Sunday. A total of five 90-minute or 7.5 hours, which isn’t extreme or anything, but I can only come in on the weekends right now. Perhaps when I start using the remainder of my paid days off work that I’ll start packing them in on the weekdays as well in March.
I actually enjoy being busy when it feels like there’s a purpose with how my time is being used. So I’ll be busy but content.
