One of the greatest challenges of learning to code is to actually produce something. Simply following the practice exercises is the easy part of learning, and the cold truth is that people who struggle with just the exercises might not be the best fit for the job. They might be better at using services that allow people to create things without actual coding language skills, however.
Anyways it’s been a full day and I managed to work out an idea for what to build to start a portfolio. It feels like I’m going in the right direction now in that there’s more solid footing and confidence in my choices. I still don’t know where it’ll lead but it can’t be worse than what I’ve left behind.
