Day 242 of writing every day.
After spending a few hours making sure I was logged into my account for apps on my new phone, I felt it was safe to go ahead and transfer the carrier service from my old phone to my new phone. The action I needed to take was quite simple and I just followed a few steps after reading a QR code to make the transition.
The switch isn’t immediate and the instructions said to give it about thirty minutes, so I had my phone off and waited while I gamed. When I looked again my new phone was showing bars telling me that it was indeed getting reception. I haven’t made calls yet, but I’m sure it’ll work just fine. I’ll try it one of the coming days.
Now I’ll need to figure out if there’s anything I need to apply for to get the packet to trade in my old phone.
