Day 330 of writing every day.
I didn’t get much sleep last night following some unfortunate news that I had to deal with. That and there was a late fall thunderstorm past midnight where the sky flashed with lightning for a good thirty minutes or so with a lot of rumbling outside.
I woke up not in a good mood as I really wanted to sleep and my assignment did not give me the luxury of waking up at 8 AM and taking things slow. I had to be up at 6 AM and every minute past midnight where I’m not asleep is starting to feel like I’m going into sleep debt that won’t be made up for later in the day.
Anyways, I was confronted with the news that I was behind on my resident’s tax. The visa renewal process is having a hiccup because of it and I blame it on being misinformed. The good news is that my paralegal offered to help out with the situation and is even going to the bank to pay in my stead after forwarding him the money.
