Days 362 of writing every day.
Today was easier at work despite not knowing fully what to expect. I had been told that I’d be reassigned to a different task. The bosses made it sound like it would be hard, but if anything I found it to be quite easy.
Taking pictures for filing purposes and whatnot is pretty standard now with the availability of smartphones that can connect to laptops and quickly transfer data. If anything, all the tasks involved just required a pair of steady hands and a good eye when it comes to taking pictures.
I didn’t need to deal with any of the kitting nonsense that hurt my hands even if I needed to briefly lift and set a heavy device that weighed upwards of 40 some pounds or somewhat lighter depending on the model. There was no rush to get everything done fast but instead a need to get it done right in one go.
While the supervisor needed to check every step of the tasks, I didn’t make any slipups that would require a fix they’d have to make themselves. So, if anything they were bored trying to wait for something they can give me shit about all day but that never did happen. I was even able to sit down for a few minutes to rest as the data got processed before lunch and towards the end of the day.
